2.0 ABSTRACT

The educational space in itself is a learning mechanism and the totality of the space proposal has a pedagogical function, architecture more for the service of education than the mere formal and functional building that contains an educational use. We state a construction of a project that will serve as a device for arts and community life achieving the light, sound and temperature comfort conditions.

Along this idea we define two strategies to develop the project; the first one is the intervention of the teaching spaces directly (rooms as places for learning) it looks forward to generate flexibility in the program spaces and in this way allow the adaptability of new academic conditions on time or different situations. The second one seeks to trigger the most quantity of empty spaces for the presentation of art expressions in spontaneous ways, in this empty spaces is where the community life will be built.
